Shipping & Returns Policy

SHIPPING

At present, we only ship to UK Mainland.

Our standard rate for all items is £6.50.

A free click and collect service is available to those that live locally. Please select this option at checkout and we will be in touch to arrange a convenient collection time for you.

Some heavy or bulky items may incur an extra delivery cost. You will be notified of this when you place your order if applicable.

Orders received after 3pm will be processed the following working day.

Orders received after 3pm on a Friday will be processed on the Monday.

We aim to ship to you within 3-5 working days, subject to stock availability.

If we expect an item to be delayed, we will contact you.

Once dispatched, your order is in the hands of our couriers. We only use Royal Mail, Parcel Force and Mailboxes Etc; they aim to deliver to you within 2-4 working days, but this can take longer at busy times. If you have not received your order within 10 working days, please contact us at kayagalleryltd@gmail.com.

It is important that you check your delivery address at checkout as this cannot be amended once the order is received. We cannot be held liable for items delivered wrongly in accordance with your instructions.

Please include your telephone number with your order, in the event that we, or our couriers need to get in touch with you regarding your delivery.

RETURNS

We hope that you will be happy with your purchase.

In the event that you wish to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

We do not accept liability for any items received damaged/faulty if reported after 24 hours.

Please do not return any items to us until you have been in contact with us and your return has been approved.

You are required to pay the return postage unless your item was received damaged/faulty.

A replacement, not a refund will be offered for items received damaged/faulty.

We will require photographic evidence of any goods received damaged/faulty. Please do not dispose of any broken items until a refund/replacement has been approved and we have asked you to dispose of the item; we may also ask you to return it.

All returns will be refunded minus the original postage unless received damaged/faulty.

Unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, packaged securely in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery.

You are responsible for return postage costs. If unwanted items are not packaged securely and they arrive back to us damaged, we may not be able to refund you.

We recommend that you use an insured, registered delivery service and keep your receipt.

We cannot be held liable for any goods lost/damaged in transit to us.
